Path One: Standard Product Purchase Process (Online Retail)

   1.Browse & Select

  • Review detailed specifications, images, pricing, and customer reviews on our product pages.
  • Select your desired model and quantity, then add it to your cart.

    2.Checkout & Payment

  • Proceed to checkout, fill in your accurate shipping information.
  • Complete a secure online payment for the full order amount.

   3.Order Processing & Shipping

  • We will confirm your order within 1-3 business days. Standard items are typically in stock or have short production lead times.
  • After quality checks and packing, your order will be shipped via international courier or sea freight. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

   4.Receipt & Confirmation

  • Track your shipment and inspect the package upon delivery.
  • Follow the included “Unboxing & User Guide” for setup and first use.
Path Two: Customization & Bulk Purchase Process (For Business Clients)

   1.Inquiry & Proposal Development

  • Contact Us: Use our website form, email, or business line to outline your needs (product model, target quantity, customization ideas, target market, etc.).
  • Dedicated Support: A sales engineer will work with you one-on-one to finalize all technical details including materials, dimensions, logo etching, packaging, and certification requirements, providing a preliminary proposal.

   2.Formal Quotation & Contract

  • Based on the confirmed proposal, you will receive a detailed Proforma Invoice (PI) specifying product specs, unit price, total value, payment terms, delivery schedule, and responsibilities.
  • Upon approval, a purchase contract is signed. Typically, a 50% deposit of the total contract value is required to initiate production.

  3.Sample Production & Approval (Critical Quality Control Step)

  • We will produce 1-2 pieces of an “Approval Sample” as agreed. Sample costs are usually covered by us and credited against the bulk order.
  • Upon receipt, please thoroughly inspect and test the sample for craftsmanship, material, function, dimensions, and finish. Your written approval is the mandatory green light for mass production.

   4.Mass Production & Progress Updates

  • After receiving your sample approval, we schedule mass production. Standard lead time is 25-35 working days (starting from deposit receipt and final detail confirmation).
  • During production, we can provide progress updates via photos or videos upon request, ensuring full transparency.

   5.Final Payment & Pre-shipment Inspection

  • We will notify you for the remaining balance payment before production completion.
  • After the final payment is cleared, we conduct a comprehensive Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI), and the report can be provided to you.

   6.Logistics, Customs, & Delivery

  • We are responsible for delivering the goods safely to the designated port (e.g., FOB Ningbo/Shanghai). We provide expert export packaging and full customs documentation (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, etc.).
  • We can recommend reliable freight forwarders or utilize our long-term logistics partners.

  7.After-sales Service & Support

  • Products come with a specified warranty (please see individual product pages). We provide ongoing technical consultation and spare parts support.

Key Points & Policy Highlights 
  • OEM/ODM Services: We fully support product customization, including but not limited to Logo engraving, size adjustments, color coatings, functional modifications, and private label packaging.

  • Sample Policy: We strongly recommend confirming a sample before mass production. Sample fees are negotiable and often deductible. Please consult for details.

  • Quality Control: The entire manufacturing process follows an ISO quality management system, with multiple strict inspections before shipment.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Custom orders typically have an MOQ requirement. MOQ for standard products is lower. Specifics will be stated on the quotation.

  • Payment Terms: We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Letter of Credit (L/C), and other corporate payment methods.

  • Production Lead Time: Approximately 7-10 days for standard items, and 25-35 days for custom items (starting from deposit receipt and confirmation of all details). Lead times for complex customizations are subject to negotiation.

  • Shipping Timeframe: Sea freight to major US West Coast ports takes approximately 25-35 days; air freight takes about 5-10 days (exact times depend on current logistics conditions).
