A: Yes. We strongly recommend that you test the sample first to verify the quality.

Existing style samples are available for purchase; sample fees and shipping costs need to be prepaid.

For subsequent bulk orders, the sample fee can be deducted from the first order.

Customized samples require an assessment of development costs and lead time based on complexity.

Q8: What are the payment methods?

A: We mainly support T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). The standard payment terms are: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, terms are negotiable.

Standard/In-stock items: 3-7 days after payment confirmation.

Customized orders: Approximately 25-35 days for production and quality inspection after receiving the deposit.

The specific time will be determined based on the order quantity and process complexity. We will provide a detailed production schedule after accepting the order.
